Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Civil with strong hands-on experience in high-rise building construction. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, RCC and civil works, contractor coordination, quality control, drawing interpretation, manpower planning, and timely completion of assigned work fronts.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute high-rise building construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Handle RCC works including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, core walls and staircases.
- Review and understand structural, architectural and MEP drawings before execution.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, PMC, contractors and internal project teams.
- Monitor daily site activities, manpower, material availability and productivity.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved method statements, drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of ongoing works and identify deviations or technical issues.
- Coordinate with the MEP team to avoid clashes, rework and delays.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors and ensure work fronts are properly planned.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports, measurement sheets, work records and site documentation.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Support quantity verification, BOQ checking, contractor billing and reconciliation.




- Coordinate concrete pouring activities, including pre-pour and post-pour checks.
- Ensure proper execution of waterproofing, blockwork, plaster, flooring, façade and finishing activities as applicable.
- Monitor project progress against planned targets and highlight delays or risks to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements at the project site.
- Coordinate with Stores and Procurement teams for timely availability of materials.
- Resolve site-level technical and execution issues in coordination with senior management and consultants.
- Maintain proper records of inspections, approvals, drawings, measurements and as-built information.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of high-rise building construction and RCC execution.
- Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
- Experience in contractor and subcontractor management.
- Solid knowledge of construction sequencing and site execution.
- Good knowledge of quality control and construction practices.
- MEP coordination experience will be an advantage.
- Strong manpower and material planning skills.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel and AutoCAD preferred.

Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial building construction.
- Must have hands-on experience in high-rise projects.
- Experience with reputed real-estate developers / construction companies will be preferred.
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates with strong RCC and high-rise execution experience will be given preference.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
