We are looking for an experienced Design Manager – Interior Vertical who will be responsible for end-to-end design management, client handling, and coordination with sales and project teams. The role requires strong design expertise along with the ability to manage client requirements, convert designs into sales, and ensure smooth execution of interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end design process from concept to final design approval.
- Understand client requirements and prepare layout plans, 3D designs, and presentations.
- Conduct client meetings, design discussions, and design closures.
- Ensure design solutions are aligned with client needs, budget, and timelines.
- Support the sales team in design-based sales closures.
- Prepare design proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Assist in converting leads into finalized projects through strong design presentations.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and vendors for smooth execution of designs.
- Ensure drawings are complete and accurate before handover to execution teams.
- Resolve design-related issues during project execution.




- Prepare drawings and 3D views using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar software.
- Ensure proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
- Maintain design standards and best practices.
- Guide junior designers and review their work.
- Maintain MIS and reports related to design progress and closures.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design and design-based sales.
- Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, finishes, and execution processes.
- Excellent client handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering (preferred).
