Store Manager - Retail (School Uniforms)

Location: Nagarbhavi & Sarjapura, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹20000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead and supervise the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor daily sales and achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for timely stock availability.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Train and motivate store staff.
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements:




- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Experience in retail, apparel, garments, footwear, or uniforms is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and billing software.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a quick-paced environment.
