Job Summary

As a Territory Manager for ventilation, where you will play a key role in
expanding access to life-saving technologies while collaborating with a diverse




network of healthcare professionals and industry experts.

In this role, you will combine strategic thinking, commercial drive, and
clinical engagement to grow our ventilator business across India. You will work
closely with distributors, key opinion leaders, and internal teams to deliver
impactful solutions that make a real difference in patient care.

Essential Functions

Drive Business Growth

* Achieve and exceed sales targets for the ventilation portfolio across your
territory

* Identify and develop new business opportunities, including innovative bundled
solutions

* Map market potential and build strategies to increase market share

Lead Strategy & Execution

* Develop and implement territory-level business and go-to-market plans

* Partner with marketing teams to align messaging and support product launches

* Analyze sales and market data to guide decisions and improve performance
