Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor government tender opportunities through GeM, CPPP, and State e-Tender portals.
- Review RFPs, prepare bid strategies, compliance matrices, and complete bid documentation.
- Coordinate with OEMs for MAFs, authorization letters, technical documents, pricing support, and commercial approvals.
- Prepare and submit Technical and Financial Bids within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with Technical, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams for timely bid submissions.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, prepare queries, and manage tender clarifications.
- Ensure complete compliance with tender requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
- Handle post-bid activities, negotiations, purchase orders, and project handover to execution teams.
- Track tender status and maintain MIS reports for management review.

Required Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and Government e-Procurement portals.

- Excellent documentation, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech, MCA, or MBA (preferred)
