This role will head Delivery and Business for Healthcare Vertical. This position is for
Senior Director - Engineering role in DTS SBU, the person on this role is expected to
contribute the business in following ways
- Business & Delivery ownership of Healthcare Vertical Business
- Growth of Healthcare Vertical
- Contributing to top line growth, profitability and supporting global sales team to
achieve booking targets
- Manage large global teams & deliveries.
- Manage key operations & performance KPIs of the Healthcare Vertical Business
and contribute to the growth of DTS

Your Team
You will report into VP & GM DTS Delivery and will have multiple Program
Manager / Associate Director/Directors reports into the role (normally 8-10) and the
overall team size would be 1000+ globally.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for creating strategy for the Healthcare Vertical business which
helps drive business growth
- Responsible for driving growth and create market leadership position in ER&D;
business in Healthcare Vertical
- Drive innovation within Industrial business and create differentiated offerings
- Responsible for managing deliveries, revenue and cost control for the respective business.

Delivery Management
Client Trusted Advisor (CXOs/CxO-1) from an execution standpoint and lead cross-/upsell services.
Delivery led growth (leverage the existing Delivery Team's and identify, drive large deals support) by positioning Wipro's capabilities.
Enable, drive, and support the Change request process (must be able to package it across Service Lines)
