Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, property consultants, and real estate agents.
- Generate qualified leads and drive sales through the channel partner network.
- Onboard new channel partners and expand the company's broker/partner network.
- Regularly communicate project details, pricing, schemes, offers, and inventory updates to channel partners.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and property demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and ensure effective conversion from inquiry to booking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal Sales, Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Finance teams for smooth booking and documentation.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, market trends, and channel activities.
- Track channel partner performance and prepare sales reports/MIS.
- Resolve partner and customer queries promptly.
- Ensure proper follow-up until booking, agreement,



and payment completion.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or any relevant discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage.
- Experience:2-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Channel Sales / Property Sales.
- Solid network of real estate brokers/channel partners is preferred.
- Good knowledge of residential/commercial real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
