Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the institution.
- Plan, organize, and supervise all academic and administrative activities.
- Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and academic policies.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Maintain discipline and foster a positive academic setting.
- Monitor student performance and support quality education initiatives.
- Coordinate with management, faculty, students, parents, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare academic plans, reports, and institutional documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory guidelines.
- Promote continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and institutional performance.
- Organize faculty development programs, seminars, workshops, and other academic activities.
- Represent the institution in official meetings and academic forums.





Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. Nursing or:
- M.Pharm

Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in an academic institution, preferably in a leadership or administrative role.

Gender

Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Knowledge of academic regulations and quality standards.

Salary

₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month (Based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance)
