Min 2 + years in Sales Support. Excel sheet/ CRM or ERP. Confident and good in dealing with Customers
Job Responsibilities:

- Order Management: Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and maintain organized all records in Excel sheet/CRM software. Manage customer onboarding and ongoing support.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering product questions, updating delivery timelines, and resolving complaints.
- Sales Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM software and prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports for leadership.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse, finance, and marketing departments to ensure timely product dispatch and payment tracking.
- Client Support: Share new product details with clients and visit two clients per week to maintain relationships within the Ahmedabad location
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
