*Customer Support & Inside Sales Team Lead* with *5+ years of experience* in *Customer Success, Inside Sales, and Premium Client Servicing* required for a *Multi-Designer Luxury Fashion Brand* located in *Mumbai*

Prior fashion or luxury retail experience preferred, *with knowledge of garment measurements, sizing, fits, and fabrics*

JD:
- *Lead and manage a team of 5 Customer Success Associates,* driving team performance, productivity, and achievement of sales and conversion targets
- *Manage the end to end customer journey,* including pre-sales enquiries, sales conversion, and post-sales support for luxury fashion clients
- *Drive monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets* through effective lead management, follow-ups, sales coaching, and performance monitoring
- Engage with *high-value and premium clients,* understand their requirements,



and provide personalised product recommendations and styling assistance
- Oversee customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring *timely responses, effective follow-ups, and maximum conversion opportunities*
- Manage *CRM workflows, order coordination, delivery updates, customer escalations,* and post-sales relationship management while maintaining premium service standards
- Track team KPIs, mentor and train team members, and drive improvements in *sales performance, customer experience, and retention*

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
