Vetlesions is a leading veterinary diagnostic laboratory providing comprehensive diagnostic services, including clinical pathology, histopathology, cytology, hematology, clinical biochemistry, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, endocrinology, and specialized laboratory testing. We partner with veterinary clinics, hospitals, educational institutions, research organizations, NGOs, and animal healthcare providers across India.

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client network, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify, develop, and acquire new clients, including veterinary clinics, hospitals, pet hospitals, referral centers, NGOs, breeders, research institutions, and corporate veterinary chains.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Generate recent business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, conferences, and industry events.




- Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand client needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients.

Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Support Vetlesions' expansion into new territories, including Hyderabad and other strategic locations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Represent Vetlesions at conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and continuing education programs.

Sales Performance
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
