Role Purpose
The Back Office Senior Manager will lead and optimise all back-office operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing,



solid financial controls, regulatory compliance, and high-quality reporting to support effective treasury and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all back-office operations, including payments, settlements, reconciliations, and bank account administration
Drive the optimisation and centralisatioon of the Back-office activities, including centralisation of Bank accounts and effective management of bank mandates
Design and maintain robust internal controls and governance frameworks
Manage operational, financial, and fraud risk, including segregation of duties
Lead internal and external audit engagements
Oversee daily cash positioning, liquidity reporting, and cash forecasting
Support FX, debt, and investment settlements in close partnership with Treasury
Good understanding of debt related documentation
Help to develop TMS system driving automation and straight-through processing
