Maintain optimum stock levels of RM/PM/Consumables.

Ensure FIFO / FEFO implementation.

Monitor slow-moving / non-moving inventory.

Conduct periodic physical stock verification (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual).

Maintain stock accuracy (ERP vs Physical).

Supervise material receipt as per Purchase Order.

Ensure proper GRN preparation in ERP.

Verify quality clearance before stocking.

Manage material issue to production against requisition.

Control dispatch of finished goods with proper documentation.

Maintain gate entry register, inward register, issue register.

Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification.

Supervise storekeepers and helpers.

Allocate daily tasks.

Required Qualification

Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA preferred)

Diploma / Certification in Material Management (Added advantage)

Experience

5-8 years experience in manufacturing stores.

Experience in packaging / plastic / polymer industry preferred.

ERP handling knowledge mandatory.

Salary Range 40 - 50 K

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
