Senior recruiter — US healthcare and special education staffing
What you'll do
- Run outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, Constant Contact, Facebook groups, and job boards
- Maintain daily updates in the recruitment tracker (status, submissions, interview outcomes)
- Collaborate with India team lead and US-based account managers daily
- Support offer coordination and onboarding documentation for confirmed placements
What we're looking for
- 2-5 years of US recruitment experience — healthcare, therapy, or allied health staffing strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Constant Contact, Indeed, or similar sourcing tools
- Comfortable working US shift hours (evening/night IST)
- Experience with W2, travel, or hybrid compensation models is a plus
- Familiarity with US healthcare credentials (SLP, SLPA, OT, BCBA, CCC-SLP) is a strong advantage
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritise critical requirements simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for tracker management
