Department Overview:
Sales and Marketing Development for Hitachi Electron Microscope related products, territory will be assigned by management within ASEAN and South Asia countries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop potential customers across Education & Research (Life Science and Material Science).
Work on some of the key accounts like pharmaceutical segments through referrals, networking, cold calls, and other prospecting methods.
Work closely with assigned Distributor for business Improvement.
Explore and develop new markets while strengthening presence in existing territories.
Travel along with distributors on mature cases.




Develop robust knowledge of Hitachi Electron Microscopy pro
ucts and applications.
Stay updated on competitor products, positioning, and market trends.
Do share information with the distributors in a timely manner.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
Engage customers through regular communication, including product updates, email campaigns, events, and activities. Do support marketing team with such tasks.
Conduct effective product and solution presentations, clearly articulating features, benefits, and value propositions.
Actively participate in marketing activities such as conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and user meetings.
Work closely with Sales, Service, Application, and Administration teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
