Job Description:

The Sr. Specialist II, MCS will serve as the key resource for providing answers
related to questions and concerns received from our hosted clients during the
implementation and migration processes. The incumbent will provide a specialized
level of engagement between internal hosting implementation resources and other
technical leadership and experts.

* Key Responsibilities

* Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, provision, configure, and maintain
AWS environments. Ensure systems are optimized for cost, security,
performance, and reliability.
* System Administration: Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server
and Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.) operating systems across physical,
virtual, and cloud platforms.
* Identity & Access Management: Manage, secure, and maintain Active Directory
(AD), including Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and identity
federation.
* Automation & Scripting: Write and maintain robust PowerShell scripts to
automate repetitive system administration tasks, system deployments, and
environment configuration.




* Network Maintenance: Support and troubleshoot basic networking concepts,
including VPCs, subnets, route tables, firewalls (security groups), VPNs, and
DNS configuration.
* Monitoring & Performance: Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and
alerting systems to identify bottlenecks and preemptively resolve
infrastructure issues.
* Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices (patching, IAM
roles, vulnerability remediation) across both Windows/Linux systems and AWS
services.
* Collaboration: Work alongside development, DevOps, and security teams to
support applications and deploy resources safely.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Requirement

* Skilled Experience: 8–10 years of proven experience in Systems
Administration and Cloud Infrastructure roles.
* AWS (Amazon Web Services): Strong experience with core services such as EC2,
S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Route 53, and Clo
