JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Digital Accelerator will play a key role in supporting monthly and quarterly investment data preparation, reporting, automation, and process improvement activities for the Global Investments Reporting and Compliance team.
This role is best suited for someone with a solid technical background who can understand business problems, investigate data and process issues, and design practical solutions.



The successful candidate should be able to work independently, identify opportunities to improve existing processes, and use tools such as Power BI, Excel, Alteryx, SQL, Python, R, Databricks, and AI-enabled automation to make reporting and data workflows more efficient, accurate, and scalable.
The role requires someone who is not only technically strong, but also curious, proactive, and comfortable working with business partners to understand current processes, challenge manual ways of working, and recommend better solutions.
