JOB DESCRIPTION

What you can look forward to as an Hardware Development Engineer Design:

* Specification, architectural design, and design of electronic circuits for
automotive applications
* Accompanying development documentation
* Circuit validation through calculations and simulations
* Standard-compliant circuit design (eg. VDE) and component selection
* Commissioning and design validation
* Support of testing and qualification of hardware
* Implementation of FMEAs / FMEDAs
* Development and monitoring of schedules for hardware development

Your profile as Hardware Development Engineer Design:

* Completed engineering studies in the field of electrical or electronics
engineering
* Experience in the development of electronics in the automotive sector under
standard aspects
* Good knowledge on embedded electronics design and/ or power electronics
circuit design
* Having knowledge on Electric vehicle power train architecture is an added
advantage
* Good knowledge on microcontroller, power supply design,



Analog and digital
circuit design, Communication interfaces like CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI and
Ethernet.
* Very good knowledge in the use of development tools (EDA software Mentor
Graphics, measuring instruments, simulation tools "P-SPICE", etc.)
* Knowledge of functional safety standard ISO26262
* Experience in project implementation in the automotive sector
* Business understanding and cost-oriented thinking independent, systematic,
and analytical way of working
