Role Description

This full time, on-site Sales Executive / Sales Manager role is based in Greater Noida. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to property visits and deal closures. The Sales Executive / Sales Manager will be responsible for understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, conducting site visits, maintaining regular follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the buying journey.





The role also includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, coordinating with developers and internal teams, preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to business growth initiatives. Sales Managers will additionally be responsible for mentoring team members, driving sales performance, and supporting strategic sales planning.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and lead conversion.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct presentations, property consultations, and site visits effectively.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and managing the end-to-end sales process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
