Position Summary
The Senior Electrical Engineering Manager will provide technical and people leadership for the PCBA Center of Excellence in Hyderabad. This role requires solid hands-on experience in electrical and PCBA product development, ideally in complex or regulated products such as scientific instruments, diagnostics, or medical devices.
The Senior Manager will lead the technical evaluation and implementation of design improvements, cost-optimization opportunities, and product lifecycle changes while ensuring that performance, quality, reliability, compliance, and manufacturability requirements are met.
The role will also strengthen the CoE’s technical capabilities, engineering governance,



and ability to partner effectively with R&D;, site engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Provide technical leadership and deep expertise in electrical and embedded systems design, including power electronics, motor control, precision analog, RF, and embedded systems, to review, challenge, and validate PCBA design and VAVE opportunities.
Review and guide system- and board-level architectures, design changes, and component selection.
Apply end-to-end electrical and PCBA product-development experience to assess product architecture, technical risk, design changes, and verification and validation requirements.
Lead technical trade-off analyses across performance, cost, risk, reliability, and manufacturability.
Partner with R&D; and site engineering teams to convert technical concepts into robust, validated, and executable design solutions.
