Role Overview
This role will act as a key finance business partner to the plant leadership team and will play a critical role in driving cost efficiency, controls, and profitability.
Job Description
Monthly closing, Preparation of Plant financials, COGS. Control & timely review the manufacturing overheads, One stream reconciliations & upload.
Ensure correct inventory valuation & control over DOH including scrap inventory.
Ownership of the plant trial balance.
Independently handling the Internal & Statutory audits. Ensure appropriate controls are implemented across the processes. Governance & Compliance Strengthening
Review & validation of cost saving initiatives at plant.
Annual budget preparation & variance analysis, Monthly forecast & analysis.
Fixed assets budgeting, allocation, timely capitalization. Review of CWIP for timely closure.
Costing support. Analyze over/under absorption of overheads.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of SAP.
Good understanding of manufacturing finance and plant operations
High attention to detail and control orientation




Exposure to standard costing system and variances in SAP will be an added advantage
Ability to manage high transaction volumes with accuracy
Solid coordination skills with cross-functional teams (Procurement, HR, Logistics). Effective Business partnerships.
