SM Design Studio is a Pune-based architectural and design firm specializing in architecture, interior design, and residential project consulting. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant who enjoys speaking with people, understanding their requirements, and helping them take the next step in their design journey.

Role Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients who have shown interest in our services through advertisements, social media campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with leads, understand their requirements, answer initial queries, nurture relationships, and schedule qualified consultations for our design team.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with referred clients and existing prospects.




- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Explain SM Design Studio's architecture and interior design services.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate appointments between clients and the design team.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
- Meet monthly lead qualification and conversion targets.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Interior Design, Architecture, Home Décor, or related sales/customer relationship roles.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Fluency in:
- English
- Hindi
- Marathi
- Confident in handling customer conversations over phone and messaging platforms.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently from home.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and WhatsApp Business are an advantage.
