About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive - PCD Pharma to join our team at our Zirakpur Adjoining Sector-20 Panchkula office.

This role requires solid communication, follow-up, relationship-building, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential PCD Pharma franchise partners and business clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Explain pharmaceutical products, product portfolios, pricing, and franchise opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, franchise partners, and clients.
- Handle enquiries and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Follow up on quotations,



orders, payments, and other business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, order processing, and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:
- Mandatory: Prior experience in PCD Pharma / Pharma Franchise sales.:
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, business development, or franchise acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the PCD Pharma business model.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business partners.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain sales records.
