Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Technical Engineer – Global Asset Management to configure, implement, and support Asset Management capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on delivering hands-on technical solutions across Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, SaaS License Management, Contract Management,



and integrations with Discovery and CMDB. The successful candidate will contribute to automation, platform stability, asset data quality, and the continuous improvement of global Asset Management services.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Configure, implement, and support ServiceNow capabilities across the end-to-end Asset Management lifecycle, including request, procurement, deployment, maintenance, refresh, retirement, and disposal.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow Asset Management capabilities, including:
• Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Software Asset Management (SAM)
• SaaS License Management
• Contract Management
• Discovery and CMDB integrations
• Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, integrations, reports, and dashboards to improve operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, MID Server, Discove
