Job Description – Executive – Civil
Company: K Raheja Corp Location: Pune Project: Commercial IT Park Experience: 8+ Years Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities- Execute and monitor day-to-day civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing activities.- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned works.- Check measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.- Review drawings and coordinate for site-related clarifications.- Track daily progress and report project updates.- Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth integration of services.
Desired Skills- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.- Valuable understanding of drawings, BOQ, measurements, and quality standards.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Experience in commercial / IT Park projects will be preferred.
