Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
To design, develop and implement Lighting System - Exterior & Interior Benchmarking of lighting technologies POC, SOR, DVP, TSO & development for lighting systems, meeting all functional, quality & regulatory standards / requirements with in project time line.Interact with supplier from concept to SOP capturing all SOR requirements & address build & validation issues Managing and tracking of design release, development, validation & field failures Knowledge in Optics & CAE Thermal, Vibration & Condensations Should have additional knowledge in Wiring harness, ElectronicsReview & release technical specifications & other documentations Should have detail knowledge in Optics, CAD packaging & design, DFMEA and GD&T; Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of tools used in DFMEA, problem solving tools and techniques and project management tools , Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, project etc.Experience
