Mobilize eligible community members and youth to enroll in Community Courses and Insurance Courses under the MIBL Project.
Conduct door-to-door visits, community meetings, awareness campaigns, and outreach activities to promote the courses.
Identify potential candidates and explain course objectives, eligibility criteria, duration, benefits, and career opportunities.
Coordinate with community leaders, local institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders to maximize participant enrollment.
Support the registration, documentation, verification, and admission process of candidates for both Community and Insurance courses.
Encourage regular attendance and participation of enrolled candidates and follow up with participants who are absent or inactive.
Provide basic information about insurance concepts, financial protection, insurance products, and career opportunities to prospective learners, as per approved project materials.
Facilitate communication between learners, trainers, and the MIBL Project team and address routine participant queries.
Maintain accurate records of mobilization,



registrations, attendance, course participation, and field activities, and submit regular reports.
Conduct regular field visits, collect community feedback, support course completion and placement/linkage activities, and perform other mobilization responsibilities assigned by the Project Coordinator.

Requirements
Graduate with Relevant work experience and Insurance sector
· Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Commerce Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in grassroots project implementation , Self driven
· Open to travel and relocate at the project location
· Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.
· Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.

Benefits
