Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

This role involves supervising production staff, coordinating with engineering and quality teams, and optimizing mechanical processes to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the mechanical manufacturing unit Ensure production schedules, targets, and deadlines are achieved efficiently Monitor machine performance, workflow, and manpower utilization Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies Identify and resolve production issues related to mechanical processes, equipment, or materials

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
