About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth for our specialized solutions in WTP, ETP, ZLD systems, fire fighting, and utilities piping. You will identify client needs, deliver technical proposals, and close deals with industrial clients in manufacturing, pharma, chemicals, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads for WTP/ETP/ZLD systems and fire fighting/utilities piping projects, targeting a quarterly pipeline of ₹5+ crore.
- Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and presentations to demonstrate system efficiency, compliance (e.g., CPCB norms), and ROI.
- Review customized proposals, BOQs, and pricing, collaborating with engineering teams for accurate designs and timelines.
- Negotiate contracts, manage client relationships, and achieve 100%+ of annual sales targets through upselling and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry regulations,



competitors, and innovations in water treatment/piping technologies.
- Maintain CRM records and provide market intelligence to support strategic planning. Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven track record in selling industrial equipment (WTP/ETP/ZLD or piping preferred); 5+ years experience.- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes, piping standards (ASME/BS), and fire safety norms (NFPA).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel 40-50% across Gujarat/Western India; valid driver's license.
- Preferred: Certifications in water treatment or sales (e.g., Six Sigma, NEBOSH).
