compensation: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive who can identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, understand client requirements, and convert opportunities into business.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and connect with decision-makers including HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams.
- Build and maintain a robust prospect database.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
- Consistently create a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirement Understanding & Solution Selling
- Understand client gifting requirements, objectives, budget,



timelines, and branding needs.
- Recommend suitable gifting products and solutions based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop relevant product options.
- Present gifting concepts, product recommendations, and proposals professionally.
- Provide consultative support to clients throughout the buying journey.

Client Meetings & Relationship Building
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and business objectives.
- Visit client business traffickers and present gifting solutions, samples, and concepts.
- Build relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and key decision-makers.
- Identify upcoming gifting opportunities and business requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Represent WeMee at client meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.
- Convert opportunities into tough effective relations
