Key Responsibilities
- Manage hospital inventory including medical, surgical, pharmacy, laboratory, and general stores.
- Handle procurement activities from vendor selection to purchase order generation.
- Ensure timely availability of consumables and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and implement inventory control measures.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Negotiate with vendors for pricing, quality, and delivery.
- Maintain procurement documentation and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital procurement policies and NABH standards.
- Coordinate with all departments for material requirements.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/MBA in Supply Chain, Materials Management, or equivalent.
- 3-7 years of hospital procurement and store management experience.
- Knowledge of ERP/Hospital Information Systems.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
