Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across Commercial, Industrial (C&I;), Residential, Educational Institutions, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Government sectors.
- Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and energy requirement assessments.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, ROI analysis, and presentations.
- Explain solar system design, net metering, subsidies (where applicable), and financial benefits to customers.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for system sizing and project feasibility.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC partners, consultants,



architects, and key decision-makers.
- Represent Reddonatura at exhibitions, networking events, and sustainability forums.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience. ([LinkedIn][1])
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- *4-6 years* of experience in Solar PV sales, EPC sales, or renewable energy solutions.
- Robust knowledge of:
- Rooftop & Ground-mounted Solar PV Systems
- Net Metering
- Energy Audits
- Solar Project Economics & ROI
- Commercial & Industrial Solar Solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
