ROLE OVERVIEW
AVP – Construction/Site head will be responsible for managing site execution of a large-scale (GW-size) Solar Ingot, Wafer, Cell manufacturing facility – including ancillary unit, factory buildings, cleanroom shells, foundations for heavy process equipment, warehouses, and administrative/support infrastructure. The role covers the full lifecycle from site development, coordination and execution of work through EPC/contractor, ensuring the built infrastructure meets process, statutory, and safety requirements within schedule and budget quality control and handover to operational team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end-to-end construction execution for the greenfield large scale GW Integrated Ingot, Wafer and Cell manufacturing facility, covering Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, Facility/Utilities,



Process Equipment Installation, and external infrastructure.
• Develop and execute the overall construction strategy, execution methodology, construction sequence, and site mobilization plan in line with the approved project schedule and commissioning targets.
• Provide overall leadership to civil, structural, facility, MEP, utility, process equipment installation, and finishing works, ensuring coordination across all construction disciplines.
• Drive construction activities through EPC contractors, package contractors, subcontractors, consultants, OEMs, and internal project teams, ensuring timely execution and quality compliance.
• Establish construction milestones and monitor physical progress, productivity, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and construction performance against the approved baseline schedule.
