EDI Support Subject Matter Expert (SME)
About the Role
The EDI Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) serves as a key resource supporting the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of Castrol's EDI ecosystem. This role provides functional and technical expertise across EDI operations, SAP integrations, trading partner onboarding, issue resolution, and process optimization.
The position partners closely with business teams, IT&S;, external vendors, and trading partners to support seamless electronic transactions and ensure critical customer-facing processes operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
EDI Operations & Support Analyze and support resolution of EDI transaction, mapping, and integration issues.
Verify root cause analysis outcomes for production incidents and recommend or confirm corrective actions.
Monitor EDI transaction flows and identify opportunities
