Accountabilities




Manage the full accounting cycle for U.S.-based clients, including account reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
Apply sound startup accounting practices while balancing financial accuracy, compliance requirements, resource constraints, and changing priorities.
Make informed financial judgments in fast-paced and less structured environments while maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, and vendor and client interactions.
Manage accounting workflows and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and clients.
Integrate and optimize third-party applications with QuickBooks Online to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
Use tools such as QuickBooks Online, Slack, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Drive in daily operations.
Work with additional platforms such as Rippling, Brex, Bill.com,
