Role: We're looking for a Senior Content Writer who can create and oversee high-quality content across social media, SEO blogs/articles, and website copy — while leading a small team of content writers and social media executives. Strong hands-on experience with AI writing tools is a must.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the social media content calendar across platforms

- Write SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and website content

- Lead, mentor, and review work of content writers and social media team members

- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to boost content ideation, drafting, and efficiency — while maintaining quality and originality

- Ensure brand tone and consistency across all content types

- Collaborate with SEO, design, and performance marketing teams

- Conduct keyword research and align content with SEO best practices





- Review and edit team output before publishing

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in content writing, with at least 1–2 years in a lead/senior capacity

- Proven experience writing for social media, SEO blogs, and website content

- Strong command of English (written) and grammar

- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow

- Basic understanding of SEO principles (on-page, keyword research)

- Team management/mentoring experience preferred

- Portfolio of published work required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
