Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive student acquisition through offline sales, institutional partnerships, and BTL marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, relationship building, and community engagement while consistently achieving monthly enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with schools, junior colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational partners.

- Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) and institutional stakeholders to organize seminars, workshops, and other BTL engagement activities.

- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, referral networks, and local agents to drive admissions.

- Engage prospective students through counselling sessions and effectively communicate Virohans value proposition.

- Conduct parent meetings and home visits to address queries and support informed decision-making.

- Collect and leverage student data from Class 12 examination centers and other relevant sources for lead generation.

- Plan and execute canopy activities, local campaigns, and on-ground promotional events to maximize outreach.

- Execute BTL marketing initiatives, generate qualified leads,



and ensure timely follow-up for conversions.

- Build strong relationships with local communities, influencers, and educational stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility.

- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets while maintaining high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales performance in the CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 1-4 years of experience in field sales, education sales, admissions, or business development.

- Comfortable with extensive field travel and daily market engagement.

- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced workplace.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Fluency in English and the local/regional language is preferred.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn from feedback.

- Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills.

- Prior experience in the EdTech, education, or service industry will be an added advantage.
