Position: Sr. Business Development Executive / Deputy Manager – Geotechnical Special Testing Services

Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years in Business Development – Techno-Commercial Role

Qualification: B. Tech in Civil Engineering – Preferable

Key Requirements:

- Business Development & client coordination for Foundation Testing / Pile Testing
- Pavement Investigation Geotechnical Soil & Laboratory Testing.
- Preparation of techno-commercial proposals, quotations and tenders
- Client meetings, negotiations, lead generation and business conversion
- Strong network with Consultants, EPC Contractors and Infrastructure Companies preferred

Responsibilities

- Develop recent business opportunities for Foundation Testing, Pile Testing, Pavement Investigation, Geotechnical Investigation and Laboratory Testing Services .
- Identify and establish relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, government agencies,



infrastructure developers and project owners .
- Understand client/project requirements and coordinate with technical teams for scope finalization, methodology and execution planning .
- Prepare and negotiate techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders and contracts .
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify repeat and cross-selling opportunities for CEG Test House services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming infrastructure projects to identify new business opportunities.

Lead business development initiatives independently and contribute to the expansion of CEG Test House’s Geotechnical Special Testing Services across key infrastructure and construction markets.
