Qualifications

- 7 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales within a service-based IT company.
- Proven track record of generating, nurturing, and converting international IT services leads across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or APAC markets.
- Strong expertise in lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, appointment setting, and CXO-level engagement.
- Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bloomberg, Factiva, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Proven experience selling Web & Mobile Development, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Data Engineering, Digital Transformation, or other IT services.
- Strong understanding of the B2B IT services sales cycle, from prospect identification and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales, revenue, and business development targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation,



negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with confidence in handling senior stakeholders and international clients.
- Strong market research and strategic thinking capabilities, including identifying target accounts, analyzing competitors, and developing effective outreach strategies.
- Ability to work closely with technical, pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to create tailored solutions and compelling proposals.
- Robust CRM discipline with the ability to maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, activity, and sales forecast reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Experience working with international clients and a strong understanding of global business practices, sales processes, and cultural differences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects, opportunities, and sales activities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
