Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon,



Flipkart, and quick-commerce (Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit)
- Manage catalog quality, listings, and QC across all platforms
- Run RCA on returns/RTO (Amazon, Flipkart) and fill-rate/OSA gaps (quick-commerce)
- Track conversion, returns, RTO, sell-through, fill rate, and SLA adherence
- Execute inventory planning, including dark-store allocation for quick-commerce
- Coordinate with planning, marketing, and supply chain teams
- Partner with marketplace account managers on growth programs and sale events
- Identify and execute category-level growth levers (pricing, catalog, ads, platform programs)

Requirement:

- Strong Amazon and Flipkart operations expertise; quick-commerce experience preferred
- 2–5 years in e-commerce/marketplace operations
- Hands-on with pricing, P&L;, and ads/campaign management
- Solid analytical skills, especially returns/RTO and fill-rate RCA
- Advanced Excel; comfort with marketplace dashboards
- Hands-on problem-solver with strong stakeholder management
- Fashion/lifestyle and quick-commerce exposure a plus
