Key Responsibilities Concept &
- Detailed Design: Space planning, schematic layouts, and detailed working drawings for high-end corporate office interiors.
Client Presentations: Present design concepts, 3 D visualizations, and mood boards directly to corporate clients and decision-makers. Estimation &
- Material Selection:
Prepare detailed BOQs and project estimates with up-to-date knowledge of market rates and commercial interior materials. Site Execution &
- Coordination: Implement approved designs in office. Create project timelines (bar charts) and coordinate daily with site engineers, contractors, PMCs, and vendors.
Required Skills &
Qualifications Education &
Experience: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design with 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in corporate office fit-outs.
Software Proficiency: Auto CAD, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Revit, and 3 D rendering software.
Languages: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Site Execution: Practical understanding of site MEP, civil, carpentry, and ceiling fit-out execution.
