Position: Senior Accountant

Department: Finance & Accounts

We are looking for a responsible, experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant who can independently handle accounting, billing, payroll, reconciliation and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

️ Day-to-day accounting & bookkeeping

️ Client billing & invoicing

️ Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

️ Outstanding & ageing reports

️ GST, TDS, PF & ESI accounting/compliance

️ Monthly payroll & salary calculations

️ Bank, client & vendor reconciliation

️ MIS & financial reporting

️ Invoice & expense verification

️ Coordination with CA, auditors, clients & vendors

️ Maintaining proper accounting records

️ Timely completion of statutory & accounting activities

Requirements

B.Com / M.Com preferred





47 years relevant accounting experience

Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime & MS Excel

Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI & Payroll

Strong billing, reconciliation & outstanding management skills

Security / Facility Management / Manpower Service industry experience is an advantage

Independent working ability with minimal supervision

Strong analytical & communication skills
