Pay : INR 1,50,000 – 1,65,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and circulate daily costing reports by consolidating operational data from various departments and analysing cost movements.
2. Perform monthly MIS reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliation between daily costing reports and actual accounting figures.
3. Conduct pre-audit and operational verification of daily reports including meal counts, ingredient consumption, utilities, manpower, and transportation expenses.
4. Review packing sheets, dispatch records, and operational documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and prevention of quantity discrepancies.
5. Monitor stores, maintenance consumption, stock registers, inward/outward movements, and returnable materials to strengthen internal controls and accountability.
6. Verify purchase orders,



GRNs, vendor bills, transportation bills, and other supporting documents to ensure budget compliance and proper authorization.
7. Carry out physical stock verification, monthly inventory audits, and reconciliation of physical inventory with ERP/system records while investigating stock variances.
8. Review payroll inputs, manpower attendance, and expense claims to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and cost control.
9. Support accounting and financial controls through Trial Balance review, invoice documentation management, compliance checks, and audit coordination.
10. Identify operational gaps, billing errors, financial leakages, and process inefficiencies, and recommend preventive controls and process improvements.
11. Handling Kitchen finance team.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹165,000.00 per month
