Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Account Manager to manage overall accounting operations across the LAPL Group. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, GST/TDS & taxation compliance, audits, MIS, financial analysis and team coordination, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations across units/locations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting and financial planning.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory requirements.
- Handle returns filing and tax assessments.
- Coordinate and manage statutory, internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure audit readiness.
- Prepare and present MIS reports to management.
- Analyse financial data and support cost control and decision-making.
- Lead, guide and allocate work to the accounts team.
- Ensure timely closure of accounting and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with HR, Purchase,



Production and Stores for financial alignment.
- Support management in strategic financial decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance).
- 5–10 years of relevant accounting & finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, taxation and accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Good understanding of audit processes and statutory compliance.
- Robust MIS reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven team handling and leadership abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
