Senior Learning Consultant (Degree) B2C Sales

As a Senior Learning Consultant (Degree), you will be responsible for consultative selling of our online UG & PG Degree Programs to working professionals, freshers, and students. You'll guide prospective learners through their enrollment journey and help them make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective learners through calls, demos, emails, and chats.
- Understand candidates' educational and career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce, LeadSquared, and NoPaperForms effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a consultative sales approach.

Eligibility:

- 1-6 years of experience in B2C Sales preferably EdTech only.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a quick-paced startup environment.
- Prior experience in selling online degree or upskilling programs is a plus.
