Job Title: Squash Attendant / Squash Executive

Department: Sports & Recreation / Club Operations

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Squash courts and ensure they are maintained in excellent condition.
- Welcome and assist club members and guests, providing a professional and friendly experience.
- Manage court bookings, schedules, player registrations, and session timings.
- Ensure courts, flooring, lighting, nets, rackets, balls, and other sports equipment are clean, safe, and ready for use.
- Monitor court usage and ensure members follow club rules, safety guidelines, and sports etiquette.
- Assist members with basic information regarding squash rules, court usage, and equipment.
- Maintain records of court bookings, usage, equipment, and member requirements.
- Conduct regular checks of the squash courts and report maintenance or safety issues to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for court upkeep, lighting, equipment repairs, and other facility requirements.
- Assist in organizing squash tournaments, competitions, leagues, coaching sessions,



and member activities.
- Coordinate tournament registrations, fixtures, schedules, scorekeeping, and event-related requirements.
- Handle member queries and concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Sports & Recreation Manager / Club Manager when required.
- Monitor sports equipment and report any damage, loss, or replacement requirements.
- Support member engagement initiatives and encourage participation in sports and recreational activities.
- Coordinate with F&B;, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments for smooth execution of tournaments and club events.
- Maintain skilled grooming, discipline, and service standards at all times.
- Ensure the sports area remains clean, organized, safe, and welcoming for members and guests.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Sports & Recreation Manager / Club Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
