Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Mid/Senior SQL Server DBA with strong expertise in SQL Server 2019/2022, database administration, performance tuning, high availability, replication, and disaster recovery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, optimizing, and supporting mission-critical database environments across production, QA, and development systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer SQL Server environments (SQL Server 2019/2022) across Production, QA, and Development.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL Server Always On Availability Groups.
- Implement and support Transactional Replication and database synchronization processes.
- Perform regular DBA activities including backup, restore, patching, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve database performance issues including blocking, deadlocks, indexing, and query optimization.
- Develop and maintain T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, jobs, and automation tasks.
- Monitor database health, security, storage, and capacity planning.
- Support SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) environments and reporting solutions.
- Implement high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure,



and application teams for database optimization and deployment support.
- Participate in on-call support and handle critical production issues.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA.
- Strong experience with SQL Server 2019 and/or 2022.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with automation/scripting using PowerShell.
- Exposure to cloud database platforms such as Azure SQL or AWS RDS.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Redgate, SentryOne, SolarWinds, etc.
- Knowledge of SSIS/ETL processes is an added advantage.
