Company Description Olympeak Physio & Sports Science is a premium integrated center in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, focused on physiotherapy, orthopedics, sports science, and performance training. The team includes experienced physiotherapists, sports scientists, and strength & conditioning coaches who provide evidence-based care for athletes and active individuals.

Services span injury prevention, rehabilitation, performance testing, and athlete return-to-sport programs, bridging the gap between recovery and peak performance. The center emphasizes helping individuals perform, recover, and rise beyond limits in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Role Description The Sports Physiotherapist will provide on-site clinical care at the Olympeak facility in Bengaluru, delivering assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services for athletes and active individuals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting musculoskeletal and sports-specific evaluations, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating with sports scientists and strength & conditioning coaches to support return-to-sport and performance goals.

The role involves guiding patients through evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate clinical documentation,



and contributing to injury prevention and screening programs. This is a part-time, in office role requiring regular presence at the Jayanagar center.

Qualifications

- Formal qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy or equivalent) with recognized registration/licensure.
- Demonstrated experience in sports physiotherapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, and return-to-sport programming.
- Strong skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including sports scientists and strength & conditioning coaches.
- Competence in documenting clinical findings, maintaining patient records, and using evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered, inclusive, and non-judgmental approach to care.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to athlete schedules, including evenings or weekends if required.
- Experience with performance testing, screening tools, and sports injury prevention programs is an advantage.
- Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on current sports science and physiotherapy research and best practices.
