Role Description The Sports Psychologist will work on-site in Delhi, India, providing performance-oriented psychological support to athletes and other high performers. This role involves conducting individual assessments, designing personalized mental training plans, and delivering one-on-one and group sessions focused on focus, confidence, emotional regulation, and resilience.

The Sports

Psychologist will collaborate with coaches, trainers,



and clients to integrate mental skills training into daily practice and competition preparation.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to workshops and performance-based mindset programs that align with CML’s methodology.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with a focus on performance and sports contexts.
- Proficiency in Counseling and Psychological Assessment to support clients through structured interventions.
- Relevant degree in Sports Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field; additional training in performance or sport science is an advantage.
- Experience working with athletes, students, or high-performing professionals, preferably in coaching or training environments.
- Ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain ethical, confidential client relationships.
- Comfort facilitating both one-on-one and group sessions, workshops, and live training programs.
- Willingness to work in office in Delhi, India and collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team.
