What you'll do

? Identify and research potential sponsors, building strong prospect pipelines

? Drive outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings

? Present sponsorship packages and negotiate deals that align with brand and event goals

? Maintain long-term sponsor relationships and ensure deliverables are met

? Collaborate with event and marketing teams to craft tailored sponsorship proposals

? Report progress and results directly to leadership

What you bring

✅ Proven sponsorship/sales track record — you hit targets, not just activity





✅ Strong lead generation and CRM/pipeline management skills

✅ Excellent communication, Must be confident presenting, negotiating, and engaging stakeholders

✅ 1–2 years of sales experience minimum

✅ Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment and work with targets and deadlines

✅ Experience in events, awards, or media a strong plus

✅ Healthcare/pharma event exposure — an added advantage

✅ Fluent English, skilled and ethical approach to relationship-building
